GolfPulse

Privacy Policy & Terms

Effective September 9, 2026

This policy explains how GolfPulse handles information and the terms that apply when you use our golf league management, scoring, and calculation app.

Information we use

GolfPulse stores account details, league and player information, scores, event details, and the device and usage information needed to operate the app.

How information is used

We use this information to provide league management, scoring, standings, access codes, support, and app security. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

League data is visible to the people who have access to that league. We use service providers only to host the app and provide requested services.

Retention and deletion

Account holders can request deletion from Account & Privacy in the app. Shared league records may remain when necessary for the league to preserve its history; league owners can delete their league from League Settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Scoring and side-game calculations

GolfPulse is a golf scoring and side-game calculation tool. It records scores, calculates results, and may display who owes what based on amounts voluntarily entered by participants. GolfPulse does not accept, hold, transfer, process, or settle wager funds or prizes, does not act as the house, and does not receive a percentage of any result.

Terms of use

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for any voluntary arrangements made independently outside GolfPulse. GolfPulse provides calculations and recordkeeping only. Subscription payments purchase access to GolfPulse software and are never entry fees, stakes, deposits, or wager payments.

Your choices

You can update league information through the app. Signed-in account holders can manage or delete their account from Account & Privacy.
